3 Where to Find the 12-Digit UTR on Your Payment App
Different payment apps use slightly different labels for the 12-digit transaction number. Here is exactly what to look for in each app:
Tap the completed transaction in your GPay activity history. Scroll down below the amount and bank details.
Open your PhonePe History → Tap the payment → Tap "Transfer Details".
Tap "Balance & History" → select the transaction. Look right below the timestamp.
In Cred → Pay → Transaction History → select payment to view the 12-digit receipt number.
Tap "Transactions" tab → Tap the receipt to expand full details.
Check your bank transfer confirmation screen or the SMS alert received on your registered mobile number.
